With Neferet gone you would think it would be easy for things to return to normal, but unfortunately easy is not the name of the path that Zoey and her friends travel on. Now that the Immortal and the Priestess turned evil have fled, those left behind must pick up the pieces to restore their lives to what they should be. But can Zoey manage her love life as well as being Nyx’s Priestess when the world is not crumbling around her? Can things truly return to the way they were? Or is that just wishful thinking?

P. C. And Kristin Cast have made an absolutely amazing MYA series. The visuals offered by this fantastic duo are entertaining and imaginative, with nonstop action. Even while the characters are resting! This is easily a MYA series that can entertain adults with action, hot Vampyres, true friendship, budding romance, a Loving Goddess, and a twist of the unexpected. This is a series I have enjoyed from the very beginning, and find I enjoy even more as it continues. This sixth book to the House of Night series is a terrific addition to the “have to own it” series! However I must say, that because of some vaguely hot scenes and erotically charged atmospheres I highly suggest this series for 16 and up readers.
